Generalist Casework
We are dedicated to supporting women to uphold their independence and individuality, empower their lives, and achieve optimal well-being. All while being safe and secure. Casework plays a central role in identifying goals, resources and existing skills.
Our short-term Casework service helps women to identify their goals, find required resources, information, referral pathways, and builds on their existing skills to help resolve issues and achieve wanted outcomes.
Key areas for assistance include:

Advocating for clients, ensuring needs are prioritised and their rights are upheld.

Domestic and family violence support by leveraging strong referral pathways to connect individuals with specialised services.

Assistance with completing Centrelink, housing, other required applications.

Guidance in navigating Government systems.

Information and referrals to connect individuals with a network of supports, ensuring access to comprehensive resources.
