Reproductive and Sexual Health
Our medical services focus on Reproductive and Sexual Health issues through women’s lives with a preventive health care emphasis. Consultations are with a doctor or a women’s health nurse. They are not gynaecologists however they are specially trained in women’s health and experienced in providing these services. There are no fees charged for consultations apart from Medicare. Appointments are a half hour to allow adequate time for questions, information giving and for you to talk about your concerns. We believe women are the best experts about our own health. No doctor’s referral is required. All women from girls to older women may make an appointment. As we are unable to staff the service every day you may find you need to wait a short time for an appointment. We can book a free interpreter if needed. Our comfortable clinics have electrically adjustable examination tables to assist women with mobility problems.
