Tai Chi can have a positive effect on the mind and the body. This gentle form of exercise can help in maintaining muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
Tai Chi is a series of slow, graceful, flowing movements or postures, which are undertaken methodically and precisely, using mindfulness techniques.
We conduct the following two Tai Chi sessions at our premises on Mondays and Fridays, during school terms.
• Beginners Tai Chi – Mondays 10:00am to 11.00am
• Intermediate Tai Chi – Fridays 10.00am to 11.00am
There is no cost to attend this group, though a donation is welcomed.
