Tai Chi can have a positive effect on the mind and the body. This gentle form of exercise can help in maintaining muscle strength, flexibility, balance and mobility.
Tai Chi is a series of slow, graceful, flowing movements or postures, which are undertaken methodically and precisely, using mindfulness techniques.
We conduct the following two Tai Chi sessions at our premises on Mondays, during school terms.
• Beginners Tai Chi – 10:00am to 10.45am
• Intermediate Tai Chi – 11.00am to 12.00pm
There is no cost to attend this group, though a donation is welcomed.
