This series of workshops, conducted by our naturopath and gardener, have a focus on nutrition. Each workshop in the series revolves around a particular topic or theme. The health benefits and nutritional value of various herbs, vegetables and fruits are explored; practical tips and techniques are provided in cooking, preparing, preserving and storing foods while gardening advice is provided around planting and growing.

Fibre Filled Feast

Women need to eat 30 grams of fibre a day. How much fibre do you eat? Learn how to grow fibre fueled fruit and vegetables like psyllium, flax seed, figs, corn, spinach, eggplant, carrot, broccoli, peas asparagus, blackberries, strawberries, pears and chia seeds. Learn the benefits of fibre for your bowel health.
